Arby's - Cutler Bay

Second time to go here and had the worst experience, both occasions I ordered my remedy without mayonnaise and cheese, just to open my meal and find additional Mayo and cheese... I think we need people who understand English to take orders.. never go back.

Through the drive thru only 2 meals. You told me to wait for a meal. I had to go back in to ask for a refund after they had forgotten about me 30 minutes and not just wait for my food, I had to wait until a rodiel came back from his break to help me get my refund. When I looked over to the girls with a back and forward argument about my order, there was a pan of chicken pliers (which I had waited for 30 minutes outside. I'm just sitting in the kitchen. Very frustrating, but they were very happy to give me my refund and throw my card back on me?

This particular location can never get the order right if it is not that it messes my order, it is the fact that it is not fresh, I love Arby's, but not this place. I stopped giving them chances 6 months ago and 3 days ago I tried again and safe enough it was worse than 6 months ago

Nice food, super friendly staff, constantly excellent atmosphere. You calculate fair prices and the food quality is great. I recommend this place.

So i Decided to Go to Arby's today .The young Lady name Destiny on drive thru taking orders was very rude talks over the customer while talking very unprofessional.Where is the manager with a head set to correct this behavior?She Didnt say hello or thank you .I always come here but this time my fries was hot ...But my Sandwhich was not made with Care at all .Also HellNeisha who gave out the order was rude also no thank you .Please address your employees or loose alot of customers with this foolishness..
