Papachos is from gaston acurio. which is quite infamous. this is a quite modern Burger-style item filled with young couples and tourist. eating is large in portion and extensive in the wide. my man got the two sour and liked the colorado. the best (blend of passionfruit and banan). I have the special fruit juice that was amazing! we have the hühnerburger who was brilliant, it is very chaotic, but it is worth it. we wanted to eat hot, but it wasn't hot. that was a grief. I thought the chicharon was gay, but it ended as chicken teeth. it comes with a sweet and acidic sauce, tartaric acid and hotter sauce. the sweet and sour is by far the best. everything was ingeniously prepared. I ate mean man pommes, when my half-lit small kartomas came, who were not for me
Excellent food, very good service. they do not need to serve long, and the rotation of the waiter makes the service better. the location of the space is ideal, in the heart of the city. the menu is varied in burgers and salads, and they serve vegetarian food.
Although it may be slightly less expensive than our country, it's not worth the $10 for the burger. Cold, soft fries, undercooked hamburger meat (a great contributor to the popular Peruvian parasite). They certainly are not living up to Gaston's vision. To top it off,...they add a 8 charge after tax and try to explain it as an impuesto. Taxes go to the government, this additional charge was then explained as something they give to the chicos in the back. I asked the manager to be upfront and stop trying to trick the foreigners. He said it's all how you interpret impuesto. The good ol' Peruvian two step...never a straight shooter.
This place was fantastic for breakfast. We had French toast and some eggs. The French toast was phenomenal. We got to sit on the balcony overlooking the square and it was beautiful. The service was pretty good and our waiter spoke good English. Fairly priced....I’d say a must try for breakfast with a view.
