We stayed at Inkarri Hostal and this restaurant is a block away. It does not look like much from the outside (the best not), but the food is excellent. For 7 Soles (only over 2 dollars) you will receive a salad with fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, beets, broccoli and cauliflower. Squeeze a little lime juice and your drain and run. There were several Entrées to choose from like chicken, trout, and even Lomo Saltada and to complete it, order the portions and all the ingredients are fresh. The man is the waiter and the woman cooks. The device is a little slow, but when the food arrives, everything is forgotten. Add 3 Soles for an Inca Cola, and life cannot be better.
