The staff was very friendly and took me very seriously when I said I had celiac disease. GF elements not marked in the menu, but ask and they will tell you. The waitress informed me that the ingredients were GF, but that they shared the foaming surface with non-GF elements. They said they could clean it. The GF Crepe is made from Yucca flour and was absolutely delicious! Make sure to ask for some salt / caramel sauce, by far the best sauce I've ever tried!
Charming location in San Blas with nice views. Very friendly and helpful staff that was knowledgeable about cross contamination (said I couldn’t have any dessert crepes that included chocolate as there may be trace amounts if flour).
