Vivi's - Cupertino

Vivi is around Cupertino as long as I lived here, that's all my life. It is a classic mother and pop restaurant near the post office in cupertino. This place is packed with locals for lunch almost every day of the week. They are known for their falafels and falafels, but I also like their BLT. The service is not so fast, but they do it when you order, so you know its fresh. Make sure you call in advance for call orders.

All these reviews that read “Worst customer service Ever” are so true. it seems like a mother and a pop place. the kind of mom and pop you would like to run away from. I just stopped trying this place and tried to order a big pizza. I had given the $25 instead of $20 and when she returned $5.50 as a change, I thought she had given me too much change. When I asked her if $5.50 was the right change and mentioned that it was too much, she told me that it was my own $5 in such a stupid and rude way that made me sound as if I were an idiot. Despite the fact that I am an idiot and made the mistake, a good customer service should never point to the customer's own own property. Finally, I was under the impression that she had given me too much change and pointed out. I immediately canceled my order and went out. never seen, so bad service from a restaurant and generally bad manner for a human. try to smile a little lady and a better example for her personal.
