Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Fast service, great fries, but the burgers and melts taste like a dirty grill. not much flavor. again, great fries

The custard here is always fresh, thick, and delicious. Better than other places in the surrounding area. My kids and I adore the staff. They even brought the food out to our table. Just overall good vibes!

The sandwiches are great. Chicken Tenders for kids are just two small pieces and little bit hard. They have more breaded rather than meat. Fries for kids are very oily and broken. Cone ice cream was great also. The reason that I take one star was because of the kids meal.

This is a good place to go if you want some onion rings and a hot dog with or without chili. The hamburgers are very good and the milkshakes are very thick and creamy! This place isn 't cheap like some other fast food restaurants so be prepared to pay about $15 for a burger, fries or onion rings and a milkshake! I wouldn 't call this place my go to place by any means this is more like one of those places I visit if I want to treat myself.

My family has always loved the taste of Freddy's food and today they went above and beyond. I had an issue with the rewards program and the manager, Josh, stepped in to make it right immediately! His professionalism and commitment to customer service was exemplary! This is why my family will continue to come back time and time again. Well done Josh and the Freddy's crew!Kid-friendliness: The cashier, Riley, took the time to explain to my kids what the options were for ice cream and that made the ordering experience much easier than it typically is for us.
