Cheeseburger Bobby's - Cumming

Placed a curbside order for four burgers to be built by the restaurant. One burger was completely missing from the order and none of the others were built at all. Didn't get any of Bobby's sauce for any of the orders. It made the absolutely worst impression as a first time customer. The one burger they forgot was for the person who was paying for everyone's lunch.

I think the people working that night were just starting first year of high school. That said, they worked very hard to assure our satisfaction. The food was good, hot and delivered as ordered. When I told them the ice machine was empty, they filled it within minutes. My oldest didn't like his grilled cheese and they made him some chicken fingers for free. The service bar was stocked and fresh. My burger had just the right amount of chili on it. I like the place...but it is better for take out. Done in with more than two people is just kinda sloppy.

Y'all need to know about Bobby 3 Cheeseburgers. Reasonable prices for a delicious burger. You can get different kinds of burgers but the best part is the amount of sauces and dried seasonings that are available to add at the dressings bar. The onion rings are fabulous though the fries were just a tad soft, maybe a little heavy with oil. The service was pretty quick and pleasant. The cashier gave us frozen custard samples while we waited too. We will definitely be eating here again!

Burgers seemed like they were boiled instead of cooked on a grill. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Will not go back to this location though because of the quality of the food.

Worst and smallest burger ever about the size of a slider. French fries were old. For the same price I’ll be going to steak and shake. Bobbys was the worst.. never again.
