Balsas Mexican - Cumming

Authentic Mexican fare. Its a small standalone restaurant. Dont get fooled by the size and condition from outside. Very tasty food with some unique dishes. Very good portions. Nice margaritas. Nice staff. You get 2 types of chips. Certainly worth a visit

Our first time here, we stopped by for lunch at a friend’s recommendation. We got the “Balsas Steak” to share. It was delicious. Our waitress was very good as well as other staff. We’ll be back.

The food is PHENOMENAL here! The seafood soup is enough for at least 2 adults and is the BEST SOUP I think I've ever tasted! The authentic dishes are absolutely delicious, and the chill family run feel is wonderful. My only complaint, and this seems to be at every Mexican restaurant, us that they don't use seat numbers when taking an order. It's not that big of a deal when it's a small party, but we usually have 17 to 30 people, and they just come and ask who got what for EVERY dish. But other than that, this place is a gem!!!

Nice Mexican Restaurant ....enjoyed everything and had good time.
