Underoccupied is eating unhealthy and badly managed. set an unacceptable and a HORRIBLE example

The staff is always amazing. My problem is with management and food. The food varies in quality, the biscuits tast like they are dipped in cooking oil, the pizza is amazing though. There is not enough seating and it does not serve breakfast until 9 on weekends. There is also not enough variety in the meals. And if you plan to eat at any time that a meal is happening be prepared to stand and eat as theu remove seating to build concessions that they dont have enough people to staff.

An unfortunate reality is the inability to access the correct hours for courtyard. On here it is advertised as closing at 9 this evening, on campus dish, it said 8pm. As it turns out, neither were true. I had worked a long day and was looking forward to using the dining hall since it has been closed for days now. It is near impossible to eat on campus during break if you don’t have grocery money of your own.

A wide variety of food for a very reasonable price. Great place to gather with friends and their families in a non rush environment

Besides the occasional diarrhea this place has great cereal!
