Chili's Grill - Cullowhee

Great service! Last night I was a type called isaac cathey. he was super nice and helpful. the waitress was funny and had a great personality. will definitely be back here! it is not very often that they get a good service on a college campus more, but my experience was exceptional.

Worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant I've worked in restaurants for years and this place needs to be closed down I had to go back three times to get everything I paid for and offered nothing.

I visited this Chili's location while out of town because it was the closest to me, but it turned out to be a mistake. I had to send my medium steak back twice as it was clearly cooked medium well with no pink. The Mexican street corn only had toppings on one portion and lacked flavor. Additionally, my Cajun chicken pasta to go was missing the chicken I was charged for. This was the worst Chili's I have ever been to and I was completely disappointed with the food and overall experience. I would rather drive an hour out of my way than visit this location again.

The combo is a great deal. A salad and soup combo is not adverted, but you can get it. Yummy.

Ordered salad. When it arrived it looked very odd. They said ?oh yeah, we are out of lettuce?. The oranges had white puffy stuff all over them. No knives? what!? We will eat at student dining hall going forward, as that food is at least edible.
