Once again I have to highlight the spectacular meal we had today at RESTAURANTE ALMA DE MAR. We had Rodaballo as our main course. I’m not sure words can describe the exquisite taste of this buttery fish. They have outdone themselves! If you haven’t tried it yet and you are in Cullera don’t hesitate to go to Alma de Mar. Call in and make a reservation a few days ahead if you want to try this dish though as it’s not in their menu.

This restaurant is based at the Club Nautico. The place is very pleasantly decorated and the air con was on a perfect temperature to beat the heat outside. The food was cooked to perfection. We have a lovely lunch and I would recommend it to others. I think it was reasonably priced given the quality.

This restaurant far exceeds any restaurant I have ever visited. I dine in high end restaurants often and this one is unlike any other I have experienced. From the service to the extraordinary work of the chef, we were treated like royalty. My husband is a food connoisseur and has traveled and eaten at some of the most well renowned restaurants and he said this was in his top ten. The food and its presentation was amazing-interesting, unique, and the taste was extraordinary. Our server, Sergio, provided for us the best service we have ever had. He helped us curate a unique, divine meal and was so helpful in guiding our family in their meal choices. Simply phenomenal. THIS amazing and memorable is worth repeating as much as possible.

Producto fresco y bien trabajado. el tomate con piparras, exquisito. Los mejillones con el vapor muy rico, pedí un melocotón porque quería algo ligero y como no lo tenían, me ofrecieron un bajo a la sal que era espectacular. muy fresco, sabroso y hecho en su punto, no es fácil. También pidieron una sepia, muy rica aunque un poco más difícil de lo que cae. el personal atento.

Un restaurante pegado al río Júcar en su desembocadura en la misma lonja de Cullera, se come bien, unos 50€ por persona, aunque si eres celiaco mejor vete a otro sitio a comer por que no tiene ni pan sin gluten. Por lo demás la dueña muy amable en todo momento.
