TAMUZ - Cuernavaca

This was my second visit in tamúz, and in contrast to my first visit it was quite disappointing. the website of the restaurant says that it is open until 19 clock, but when we arrived for our 5 pm reservation, we were told that we have to order in the next few minutes because the kitchen was close. in this environment you can expect a cozy walk with the meal, especially when you arrive two hours before the close. escaped, while we still ate our appetizers, without doubt to put the kitchen 's early closure. concerning eating, the jamón serrano salat was great, like the fish with Chabacana sauce, the ravioli with huitlacoche and the tortilla soup. the chicken kiew, on the other hand, arrived cold and dry (as if it had been prepared earlier on the day) it did not have the expected filling of garlic butter. the best part was the scab sauce. the chicken was accompanied by an almost tasteless puré de camote, which was like the chicken was cold. I would have sent the plate back if not the kitchen was closed at that time. When I informed the waiter of the problem, there was no excuse, only I will let the cook know.
