Auberge La Sauge - Cudrefin

I recommend you to start your visit in the auberge de la sauge through a beautiful walk along the sauge canal, which is also beautiful and cool on a very hot day, then finish with a drink and a meal in the auberge de la sauge. The...menu is somewhat limited, but very well presented and they have a complete selection of craft beers (bfm, beer des franches montagnes). I had melone with dry ham, which was served with a very nice salat (see picture).

Spend a few days in the hotel and eat during the ostars in the restaurant, we enjoyed the friendly hotel service, clean bedroom, surrounded by nature and greens. not only one has to be for nature lovers and hobby ornaments, but also for bikers and families. next to the bird life centre of Cudrefin/VD. very child-friendly with large playground near the covered terrace. we had a delicious pasta, wild garlic and fresh local economical starter followed by local caught zander (lake morat) in butter and roasted nuts. accompanied by delicious local mont vully bier! only 20 min. from neuchâtel and 30 min. from murten. both cities are worth a visit! a beautiful journey in total! and do not forget to bring back a local fresh sweet home from this lush opposite. about, many free parking. large enough for seminars, high times, bankette. it even offers a wonderful 'arvenstübli'!

Ich hatte das Vergnügen für einen 60sten Geburtstag im La Sauge für die Unterhaltung verantwortlich zu sein. Bereits bei der Ankunft wurde sich Zeit für mich genommen, sodass ich alles wichtige für das Fest bereits im Vorfeld bestens abklären konnte. Das Essen am Abend war super lecker, der Service freundlich und zuvorkommend alles in allem 5 Sterne. Und noch ein kleiner Geheimtip für alle die länger Festen wollen, wir konnte ausgelassen bis in die Morgenstunden unter freiem Himmel feiern ;

Great hotel in beautiful surroundings. Everyone is very friendly, the rooms are very nice, quiet and the breakfast is excellent.
