Portillo's Barnelli's Crystal Lake

What a meal, and that customer service. It was pouring rain and this gentleman took my order. He may have been stressy and depressy but he did a great job. The food was also 10/10, aoooo tasty it deserved a perfect photo in my kitchen. I know it's a little dirty, I know....I need to vacuum, I don't need to be reminded. My mom tells me it all the time but like, I'm busy you know? And my vacuum is still on the fritz so what am I supposed to do? Pick it up with a paper towel and broom? No one's got time for that.

Not worth the 30 minute drive through line. There much better places around that dont require a 30 minute wait for your food. Very small amount of cheese on the beef n cheese croissant.

Haven't been here in a while. me and my son just happened to be driving by after his soccer gam decided to stop in. his first time there ordered fries with cheese, and of course, the famous Italian beef dipped with gardener peppers hit the spot, Parking: Crystal Lake, IL. Kid-friendliness: Most definitely friendliness to all

Great food as always. For a change I decided to get the bacon cheeseburger today instead of the Italian beef. One of the best burgers I've had.
