Las Cazuelitas - Crystal Lake

Our first time here. First the staff was wonderful and the restaurant was very clean. I was overwhelmed with the beautiful presentation of the food. My husband and I both had Steak Fajitas. One of the best Spanish Rice side dish I have had in a verylong time. Just a thank you to the staff and owners. We will be back often.

When I first arrived it took at least 10 minutes before someone approached me so I can order. I am sorry to indicate this was the worst burrito suiza I have ever had. Moreover, I asked for a ground beef burrito and asked what comes inside . The waiterwho was cordial told me there was beans sour cream tomatoes and such. I told him to omit the lettuce. Thus, once the burrito,which took only a three minutes which was odd, came to my table and the burrito didn?t look right. Meaning that the meltedcheese on top of the burrito was shifted more to the right and not evenly throughout the top of the burrito . Plus it wasn?teven ground beef nor any sour cream as the waiter told me . Once I took a few bites, the burrito was cold . It was inedible . Itold the waiter and he talked to his manger on duty . Much to my surprise the waiter told me there was nothing he could do . Iwas like really but I ate way less than half of the burrito . He got his manager and he was very rude and told me ? you shouldhave told us sooner? . I was like look I have come here a few times and you even waited on me and you know I get this all thetime . He was still reluctant in making another burrito but gave me half off . As a result , I left the uneaten burrito and Itold him I am never coming back in your establishment again . Folks, this is not good service at all and unfortunately I willnever go back because slow and lack of service and the quality was just subpar at best .

Catered our event from Las Cazuelitas and everything was phenomenal. The food was fresh, DELICIOUS and authentic! The owner and manager were very professional and our order was perfect. We had so many compliments and requests for info on our caterer. Ihighly recommend it. We will definitely choose this restaurant again for our next party.

Its probably pretty easy to pass right by this place and not notice because its kinda tucked in, but worth a stop. Really liked Las Cazuelitas. All the food and drinks were delicious. Staff was all very nice.

I?m so glad I asked our server if he recommended the langostino! They were some of the best I?ve had, not too salty but all the seasonings were perfect. My sister loved her mojarra, it had the perfect crunch. My mom loved the fish ceviche. But do yourselfa favor and go with the langostinos, I?m still dreaming of them ????
