Crepes And Cones - Croydon

Travelled 2 hours to try this place and it did not meet standards at all. Was quiet on a Saturday which was weird. Still took a long time to get our order taken, and then even longer for drinks! Buff burger was not very buff. Burger van patty’s for double the price. Chips were standard. The garlic squid was actually very nice. All in all I would not eat here again and would not recommend anyone else does.

This desert spot is definitely not your average place. Unfortunately, it falls on the lower end of the spectrum. The service was poor when we visited earlier this year, the food was not good, and there is a notable lack of customers. Additionally, they even misspelled "dessert."

The atmosphere at the restaurant was fantastic, but it was uncomfortably cold due to the heating not working properly. The food was not quite satisfactory for the child in our group, but I personally enjoyed the jerk chicken and pepper steak meals, as well as the coleslaw and rice and peas sides. The dishes were fresh and delicious. However, we were cold throughout the meal. The service was friendly, but I believe they may be understaffed. They were helpful in making another meal for the child.

My three friends and I visited Crepes&Cones on Sunday, November 20th by chance. We had originally planned to dine elsewhere, but the restaurant was fully booked. Crepes&Cones had been on our list of places to try, and since it was conveniently close to the fully booked restaurant, we decided to give it a try. Despite reading a few reviews mentioning slow service and long wait times, we decided to take a chance - and we were not disappointed. The service was excellent and the wait time was minimal, as it wasn't very busy at the time. We had a fantastic meal with generous portions. We started with the red velvet prawns, which were absolutely delicious, as well as the roulette of wings, which were tasty. The main course was also satisfying, with plentiful portions and great flavor. Our server, Olivia, was attentive and hardworking, earning her 5 stars in our book. She made us feel welcome and made sure we were taken care of. I would definitely recommend Crepes&Cones and hope to visit again in the future.

I'm late to the party!!!!! only just found this place and it's on my doorstep!! I've now been 3 times in a matter of weeks and have enjoyed every visit.... well, honestly, I've enjoyed the food so much....my go to..... is loaded fries, MAC&CHEESE....OMG Wicked! and the Prawns with Mango, they just melt in my mouth. and to top it all.......Portions sizes are great value for money. Service can be a tab slow, but I've been to The IVY, and it was slow too.!!!
