Diamond Jim's - Crown Point

With friends for firm in the bar. we had a good night with pool and music when we selected a song to play in the juke box and then without warning it was skipped. we said everything a song was for a sweat was not serious, but nothing to hinder our night. later, when the night went on, we had the same bartender skip other folk music in the juke box when they pay to play those songs. now I have seen myself as very small, because they didn't like the songs they played and they paid for their money. they got a little excitement from what we noticed and she continued to skip every single of their songs that they had set in wait. I had a song in the waiting line I couldn't even see. then it turns off the touch tunes and then screams back to them for their song selections. two minutes later she turned it back and skipped several songs to the point where the song I had requested was skipped. then let the young rock. because she doesn't like a certain music genre that doesn't give her the right on music someone asked. if it was a big thing, they can't be this music in the touch tunes. so she didn't. all night there was no bouncer when we arrived there for 4 or 5 hours. on the other note: the bartender has not even informed us when entering or ordering drinks. she is a terrible worker, cannot exert pressure and does not care about the customer business. she needs either to find a new location or to discuss management with her about her activities. there is no apology for such a disregard of the client who introduced business or law where they did not check people, the I.D. for alcohol consumption. until this worker is gone, I will not go back for future business, for their blatant untragic attitude for not only customers, but their work.

Place is a dive. Bartenders are everywhere but nowhere if that makes sense. Lines for drinks and understaffed. Tiny bathrooms littered with graffiti.Staff seems to run the show. Great potential but shows neglect on the owner big time.

I have been working here since July the pandemic has took a toll on us we open at 6pm and close at midnight as of right now until lake county lifts their regulations I cannot thank the regulars and random customers enough for coming in and supporting us to stay open pool darts good atmosphere amazing sever ?

Never been here and I am 34 hahahaha A beautiful place for pool and good choices on the brewing pool tables are a plus and the environment has been good so far. This place really a diamond in the Ruff
