Beggars Pizza - Crown Point

The owners of this franchise should be ashamed to serve this pizza. I've worked for beggars for years and this is not beggars pizza. The dough was definitely old and I mean real old. It was like chewing on a tire. Pizza came with little to no sauce and cold. They did very nicely ask if I wanted a full refund or another pizza at no charge amd to keep the bad one. So I said ok we'll try it again. 2nd pizza did come hot...but that's where the good ends. Again the crust is rubber and no sauce anywhere but the edges. Definitely will be letting Larry Garetto know about the abysmal quality of this franchise store. Definitely will be ordering from Crown Point from now on.

The waitress was so rude, i said thank you twice and she ignored me. food wasn’t prepared when we ordered for a large group ahead of time, pop was flat, and their chairs are wobbly.

The pizza is good, tasty, love their nachos, amazing customer service!

Did a delivery order. Asked for sausage and pepperoni; got sausage. Pizza was not freshly cooked. Crust hard, pizza not hot, not even warm. The Winfield store is less than 4 miles from the delivery address. Traditional BBQ wings were good.

Ordered half a BBQ chicken and 1/2 meaty received 1/2 cheese pizza and 1/2 sausage with one piece of pepperoni. Server was rude taking the order, looks like she hates her job and was firm and rude when we explained the mistake. Receipt says Teresa and if it’s the right person she didn’t care not one bit. Zero customer service skill.
