PROBLEM hardees 1501824 crossville TNthis morning about 0615walked in and ordered two steak biscuits to go. had to be at doctors phlebotomist shortly.. got in the car and found out we got sausage and egg I DO NOT like your sausage sorry was back 20 minutes later to ask for proper order with wrong order in hand this is where the problems started. Darla supposed manager demanded the recipe which WAS NOT given. refused very snarkily to admit they messed up the order. I had to BUY the steak biscuits wife is diabetic and needed food then MORE PROBLEM I had to argue to get a recipe it appears by asking other customers that getting a receipt is not a happening thing... perhaps by design?? to avoid correcting a mistake??a small grump is NO napkins on that order..further as order was $5.49 I gave her $11 to not get a bunch of ones... she argues that also trying to give the $1 back... it was almost a fight for her to be bothered to take $11 to get a $5 and change it's not like she had to figure it out as the cash register does that..this supposed manage is horridthus I now have to sausage biscuits I do not want and have spent about $11 for 2 biscuits !!!social media will be getting an earful. mistake happen attitude is not a was to treat a customer. so when in town here mcdonald's or wendy's will get our business. on the road hardees is our preferred go to

I’ve never witnessed such terrible execution of a drive-thru in my life. Do not come here you will be in line 20 minutes then when they get your payment they tell you to pull up and wait it will be another 15 minutes and then you still end up with someone else’s

Hardees has become worse and worse. I stopped every morning on the way to work. now very rare, because every time I drill through the drive, they screw my job. everyone. single. time. order 2 sausage biscuits that I had with one end. coffee was cold this morning. I ordered the cookies and gravy combo and when I came to work and open the containers, I see French toasts. they managed to make my hathbrowns right. I won't stop. mcdonalds will get my business from now on. hardees had their chance, but they can't seem to get a job right. the
