The Charlesmark At Copley - Crossing

Great location, but otherwise a bit disappointing. Room was small and a bit tired. Gourmet coffee at breakfast is out of an urn not barista made. Front desk service was good.

Stayed here as a couple for a night while stopping in Boston. At the time of booking it was the lowest price of hotels of seemingly comparable quality in the area at $170 (all fees tax included, booked one day ahead, this seemed to be on a cheaper day for hotel prices in the area generally). Staff were nice and the room was clean and made good use of space considering it might be a slightly smaller room than other nearby hotels. The window just looked into a random alleyway which we didn't really mind, and you can book a room specifically with a view if it's something you want. Breakfast was just a pastry and some coffee. After we checked out, we had a few hours before we had to take the plane out, and the staff let us check in our luggage for the afternoon and pick it up later. There was no gym in the hotel, but we had complimentary access to a couple nearby places for working out fitness if needed. Overall, I really had no complaints and had all the normal amenities I could expect for a short hotel stay at a slightly lower price point than comparable hotels with no unexpected surprises and a great location. I would come back if I needed to stay around that area.

Stayed two nights of of the three due to my flight being cancelled. The hotel was very sympathetic towards our dilemma. The place was ideal and close to all the tourist spots. The staff at the café and hotel was so nice, I was happy to share my life experiences with them- my college graduation. I graduated this past weekend and was able to enjoy this location.

I let myself be attracted by the cozy rooms in the advertising and found a gloomy and small room with a view of a dirty and untidy wall. The cleaning leaves a lot to be desired: the carpets give off the smell of those that have not been cleaned in a long time.... They forgot to clean the room and replace the towels one of the three days I stayed. The only good thing is the location. I would not return, nor do I recommend it. For that price there are better alternatives in that area.

I booked a room here last minute for a great deal. The room was clean and quiet with a lovely view of the surrounding rooftops and skyline. Front desk was helpful, politel and made some great recommendations.
