Frank Anthony's Seaport Market

Last few months food has gone way down hill. Not one time thing but all the time lately. Sub rolls and bread are either out of stock or horribly stale. Threw half a sandwich away today as the bread was so bad. Another time had a sandwich that was madewith all the wrong ingredients. Deli counter is always closing earlier than published hours. Really too bad as used to go hereregularly. Now only when I?m in a pinch for time.

I have only gotten Breakfast here hence the 3 stars. Cheaper than Dunks, Flour and Better Bagels. Very quick. It is a small deli counter for food. Griddle is always pumping out stuff. Bacon Egg and Cheese on Bagel $6.49 is decent and on English muffinbetter $4.99, size ration wise bread to food. 2 egg Bfast $10.99 is best deal in seaport. Very happy it is real food made toorder. Some reviews say employees are bad but I have not had a problem at all. It is small and gets very busy so have your orderready when you step to the counter. For being located in Seaport, worth the trip for Breakfast. Will update when I get lunchfrom there.

They have this one light skin Hispanic guy working in the back making sandwiches that is just outrageously rude for no reason. The lady manager there also has her days when she herself is rude . Customer service is down right bad. (Update) went thereagain today 10/24/2022 only to have the most stale bread sandwich in history and the girl at the register looked so miserable asshe was ringing me up. Done with this place ????

Horrible customer service. Older woman behind the food counter was abrasive and not helpful- rude to both me and another employee behind the counter. Shake wasn?t worth the $10 to be yelled at at 8AM

It has everything you need. It?s a great deli, obviously priced premium for the location but it has all the fixings. I go for lunch a lot so the 4 is linked to a little niggle I have w the deli which is by the way pretty damn good. But it could be somuch better. The deli team have all the ingredients but need to put more love into the sandwich, it?s usually rushed.
