As a former employer of a Dunkin’s, i understand sometimes sometimes not being informed of new drinks/new menu items, i understand the language barrier as many employees first language isn’t english and other just general issues but the lack of any sort of communication/teamwork is nearly laughable. They’ll have 10 people working in the morning and half of them are standing there doing absolutely nothing, while the other half are all on drinks (with no coordination). They always give me an attitude when i order or take my drink, they always take ridiculously long on food and are never informed of new drinks even when there are signs in front of the store detailing the drink. In specific, i ordered the new “Mixed Berrys Refresher”, and the guy looked at me deadpan with no idea of what i was saying. this drink is just a strawberry refresher with some raspberry flavoring, but should be located on their computers right next to the strawberry refresher they make for me everyday. I’ve also seen a different review of this place having bugs in their drink, and i can vouch that this exact experience has happened to me before. I drank half of my drink before i even seen the bug, and when i tried to go back get a new one they were quite confrontational with me. I have pretty bad social anxiety so i ended up just throwing away the drink and leaving but i wish i could go back and tell them their behavior was extremely unprofessional. I hope they genuinely find new management because there are clear issues with every facet of this location it is ridiculous.
Consistently burn your order, can’t fit a lid on a coffee to save their lives, won’t hand you a receipt then act bewildered when there are 15 ppl waiting for food and there are 25 orders on their counter. Do yourself a favor and walk the extra 10min to another one.
I buy the “Brew at Home” coffee I never experienced any problems. As long as I am treated with respect.
I recently moved to the area. And I must say I’ve never seen a more even tempered group at any Dublin donuts that I’ve been to. Always respectful and always with a smile on their faces. On more than one occasion I’ve been short by several cents and they still accommodated me. I currently have Covid and the small act of kindness that the gentlemen shared with me today went along way. They should all be recognized for their service.
