Fuzzy's Taco Shop - Cross Roads

New to the area, and they’ve been closed 2 out of 3 times i’ve gone. so if it says open it’s prolly closed!

This is the worst location. Staff does not care! Always on phones! Food is horrible and they close all the time whenever they want! They do not follow any schedule. ZERO STARS!! DO NOT GO HERE!!

This branch of Fuzzys has gone down hill. My last two take out orders have been incorrect. The first incorrect order wasnt a big deal- small mistakes happen. This last one really irritated me.This time I ordered on the app, and scheduled a 6:30 pm pick up. I arrived early and my food was on the counter.First problem- the female at the front was sitting in the counter and didn 't even get up when I walked up. Gross. This is a restaurant. Staff should not be sitting on the counter!2nd problem- I ordered chips and queso. It was not in the bag. She went and got me a small half full paper bag of chips. I asked where is the plastic bag that the chips usually come in. She argued and said they are always served in a paper bag. I said no, they are usually in a taped plastic bag with reheating instructions. She argued again. I finally just said can you please just put more chips in the bag, because this is light . Showing irritation, she went back to the kitchen and they gave me maybe a handful more chips. No apology at all.3rd problem- the entire order was cold! I live 5 min away from the store so it did not happed in transit. They obviously made the food too early and it sat on the counter too long.4th problem- I was given a California heat tacos instead of a regular tempura shrimp.I 'll drive the extra distance from now on and hopefully the Prosper location has better employees.

I would rate lower, but it won’t let me. We took friends there for dinner and asked the manager to change the TV from Political TV to the football game on a Sunday night… the manager told us he would change it when he was done cooking, we were the only people in there. He called the police when we waiting for him to be done cooking. I went in to ask why, and he told me I could leave his establishment. I never cussed or said anything rude to him. It was very clear why there was no one in there.
