Buy as much or as little as you need.Everything is priced per weight and is not packaged in plastic.As well as dried goods they also sell eco shampoo bars, deodorant, and soap (vegan) The vegan chocolate fudge was amazing too

What a great shop! Everything organic, emphasis on low fuel miles, so they sell, for example, UK grown quinoa and beans. And best of all, not a bit of plastic in sight! You take your own bag/jar/ to fill, or you can buy storage jars there. So everything is also a bit cheaper than the average whole food shop. A small space so slightly limited stock, but it certainly has all the basics I need for my wholesome, vegetarian diet.
