Dairy Queen (treat) - Creswell

Went through drive-thru on 11/10 and ordered $36+. A girl handed us our 3 blizzards and my son said she didn't flip them so they owed us a free one. I then asked her if that was the case and she said they were not doing that anymore. No big deal. But then Iwent inside to order today 11/13 and saw a sign that said they are supposed to flip one or receive a free one. I asked the girlif they still do that and she said yes they do so I told her what happened and all I got was a blank stare(not a blizzard! Iprobably would not have gave a bad review over that but had another bad experience last summer also. They had forgot my son'sburger (which I paid for and we didn't notice till we got home so I drove back and after no apology I asked if they could giveus something for the inconvenience and they said just the burger! The one I already paid for! Then once I received the burger ithad onions and tomato which I ordered it without. I understand mistakes but they should take better care of their customers oncethey make one.

Reliable, friendly staff, just what you want from this type of fast food place. The fact that they grill their burgers makes them above average in my book.

One of the only fast food options in the area. Good burgers, cheese curds and blizzards. Food is always hot and made to order. Friendly staff. Drive through is usually pretty fast.

It's very clean, and the employees are nice. My A1 single Pub Burger was yummy! I also ordered a small Very Cherry Chip Blizzard, yum!

Barbecued chicken strips were very good. Tables were clean, the wait staff were pleasant attentive. We'll be back.
