Dunkin' - Crestwood

I went there the other night and been going here for years and I have never had a problem with anyone other than this old decrepit guy that works the night shift, he should be at home he has such a bad attitude. It wasn't the first time, the secondtime or the third time that he was swinging his hands and swearing in his language. People that live in my area that I toldknows exactly who he is at this location, so he has a very bad reputation. I reported him today and they forwarded it to themanager and they said they are going to do something with him and I hope they do because if they don't and I have to deal withhim again I'm calling the police.

Rude not good service. Ordered a latte hot last time got a regular coffee instead! I recommend the nearby dunkins not this one. The Midlothian ones on Cicero and the other Midlothian on pulaski, the alsip, oak lawn, or another

Dunkin' Donuts delivers fantastic coffee! The prices are reasonable, and the service is commendable. The drive-thru at this location is efficient and fast. I especially enjoy their wraps and hash browns. And, of course, the donuts are classic Dunkin' Donuts – delicious!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff member was rude when I requested a refund. After that, they remade my sandwich, but it had brown remnants of something that used to be green and was made with the ends of the bread. The sandwich also had only half a slice of cheese and a few tomato pieces. Overall, this was unacceptable.

The prices are too high. I have no complaint about the staff, but the coffee is watered down and not worth the cost.
