Dunkin' - Crestwood

It's Dunkin Donuts and it great coffee! The price is right and the service is good. Even the drive through moves quickly at this location. I often enjoy their wraps and hashbrowns. As for the donuts, well, they're Dunkin Donuts! Yum!!

I went there the other night and been going here for years and I have never had a problem with anyone other than this old decrepit guy that works the night shift, he should be at home he has such a bad attitude. It wasn't the first time, the second time or the third time that he was swinging his hands and swearing in his language. Horrible customer service by the old man overnight worker he is very rude and unprofessional, he tells me to leave right when I get my order I have witnessed this numerous times with this man he has no respect for his customers and when I ask him something he yells and I barley can understand him!

Rude not good service. Ordered a latte hot last time got a regular coffee instead! I recommend the nearby dunkins not this one. The Midlothian ones on Cicero and the other Midlothian on pulaski, the alsip, oak lawn, or 127th one.

I didn't like the bread on the grill cheese and I was able to get something else free of charge
