I've reviewed this place before, and noted that the portions are too generous for me personally . Well, they still are but we know this now and avoid starters ! . They also cheerfully packed up the part of my steak that I didn't eat for our greedy cats. What is lovely about this place? Well, the owners to start with. And the terrace, which is leafy and peaceful. And the food, of course, which is well cooked and, well, generous! Definitely a place I would recommend for uncomplicated, good quality meals in a lovely setting. Go when you're hungry, and enjoy it for what it is: a great place.

Really, the place is good we've been at lunchtime when it was crowded with local workmen and long distance drivers (it's in the industrial zone , and were impressed by a good salad bar and by the HUGE portions (frankly, too huge for me and heaven knows I love eating . We also tried it out in the evening, and it was extremely pleasant, well served, good produce. It's also a hotel, so an ideal stopover on the way south. I think the one thing that puts me off is the sheer size of the portions, but then that's just me: I prefer three reasonably sized courses in an evening than being full after the starter...! Definitely worth a visit as the prices are reasonable, the service is charming, and if you're absolutely starving then it's perfect. I don't think I've ever written a review that says the portions are too big before... and this is just a personal thing. I'd definitely recommend the food and the place (and if we go again, I shall just ask for a less gargantuan plateful!

Bon resto cadre agréable surtout en terrasse super rapport qualité prix plat très copieux. Pris plat du jour entrée jambon cru avec melon toast de chèvre chaud + salade et accompagnement très copieux . Puis encornet grillé avec légume et sauce armoricaine avec carotte vapeur et gratin dauphinois + désert 2 pastis 1/4 de rosé le tout à 2 pour moins de 20 € par personne . Bravo. Accueil très sympathique

Si vous cherchez à manger allez-y c'est le bon endroit, ce n'est en effet qu'une cantine. Les repas du midi sont atroces, c'est de l'achat en gros, c'est du surgelé, c'est du réchauffé, un sandwich ferais sans doute mieux l'affaire.

Personnel sympa, mais rien de bien rare dans l'assiette, convient très bien pour des gens de passage plus ou moins pressé. Toutefois les plats sont copieux.
