Bidrage med feedbackWe were staying in the area and this place was recommended. By US standards it was great. Everything was fresh, flavorful and well cooked. The bursts with olives and tomatoes was amazing. We also enjoyed the linguine with dried tuna, eggplant Parmesan and fried sardines. The amaretto semifrefo to top off the meal was wonderful. We enjoyed sitting outside despot the barking from local dogs. Limited but delicious local menu if you are in the area.
June 2019. new management, now are betta and ronny the owners, kind and nice. nice local, good dishes, good price. I had dinner two consecutive nights, the first one on paper, the second evening was theme with Brescian spit (without birds).
The taverna la bissola is an excellent trattoria with typical dishes of the Cremonese tradition, few but well prepared. We had lunch in 8, given the regulations in force they had us sit in two separate tables. at the entrance we tried the temperature and made available the disinfectant, personal always with the mask and well spaced tables. from the menu we chose a cute mixed appetizer and fried cod (soft and dry inside and crispy thanks to the yellow flour in the panatura). Marubini as if there were no tomorrow, big broth. second to 600 grams (soft and succulent,) trifolate snails and wet cheeks with polenta. excellent sweets, good wine card. account as from menu and in line with other trattorias. friendly and helpful staff for any information. I found my cremona in the dishes and owners who manage this activity with the heart.
Family lunch in this tavern located next to the small Romanesque church of San lower the simple and sincere environment, but well maintained, predisposes to a traditional menu of cremona therefore not in the name of light and vegan. the menu is twofold with a specific proposal for the festival of the torrone and one à la carte. courteous service, but maybe a little slow. enough wine list for quantity, discreet for quality. the dishes are of excellent invoice and in the right amount. excellent meat, good but not exceptional the first, provoke it rice and ardato brown, exceptional the seconds. cotechino of exquisite finesse, braised with cheekbones of incredible softness and goto, triple as once. very good also the brown semi-freddo. to create a good address by spending the right.
Deserves, post covid May 2021, good sliced food, good sweet wine. hello to everyone: I am a girl who loves tourism that has studied tourism. I recommend it as a quiet place and a great service; I found it by chance. Congratulations.
