Be pampered by the cuisine of Cinzia and the sympathy of Franco! Take their aperitif. We opted for an appetizer: raw and cooked salami that melted in the mouth! A flan with parmesan cream and small boats with robiola of roccaverano with an explosion of grape mustard. The first ones: tajarin with roe ragù and RABATON: of the cannelloni of lean typical of the deprivincia of Alexandria. Desserts: a delicious hazelnut cake and the POLENTA DI MARENGO or a soft cake made of double-zero flour, corn flour, almonds, raisins and eggs. But the bean was the Muscat jelly... a freshness x the palate! All watered by a good barber of their production! Simple and refined tastes in the kitchen of the balloon!

Beautiful location immersed in the hills among the vineyards of the area. Great service and care. Very nice room, clean, characteristic and cozy with every possible comfort. Aperitif , dinner and breakfast .. great We were lucky to participate on our arrival at the beginning of a cozy and elegant jazz concert ...accompgnated by an aperitif served with excellent appetizers and excellent wines. These last production of the holder. We were very well and... We will definitely repeat the experience in this place where relaxation reigns supreme ... Recommended to escape from everything and everyone ... and spend a few hours in complete relaxation for a culinary experience and not only.
