Chez Angelo - Crécy-la-Chapelle

I went here on recommendation of Tripadvisor reviews and normally happy with my experience. Not this time. I had the formula menu, the salad was fine and the best part of the meal, the mixed grill was terrible, the steak was chewy, tough& near raw and have no idea what was in the sauasage, it was big chunks of meat or ? whatever (maybe offal, I do not know) couldn't eat this. Even the bread was tasteless and doughy, nothing like a normal fren hbagette. The tart of the day was a dry crumbly apple tart that had been sitting around far too long I am sure. Yes they were busy, everyone else seemed relatively happy but I was disappointed and on my experince would not return or recommend.

Pew ended up in this pintoresche Italian restaurant when trying to find where to eat in the middle of the country side in France. It 's located in a very small town, those where everything shuts down after 7:30-8 and you won 't see many people around nor restaurants opened on a Tuesday night. Looking from outside you won 't tell that it 's rather quite big inside. They even has a patio in the back and lots of cats. In north merica they will shut down the restaurant because of the cats but I find it amazing and part of the culture. Families, couples, office workers were the main costumes. The owners are the ones serving you and cooking for you. I 'm demanding when I eat at Italians restaurants outside of Italy since I lived there for 9 years. Anyway, the pizza is real, the pizzaiolo is making your pizza right in front of you. Nothing fancy but the food and the treatment overcomes the lack of the fancyness if that 's what you are looking for. Service is fast and friendly. Again, real Italian food. We loved it because we were able to enjoy a conversation in Italian and French with the owner and he was so nice. Don 't hesitate to enter Chez Angelo and feel in Italy while in French soil!

We enjoy this restaurant during our holidays to eurodisney Real italian atmosphere, very warm and lovely , very welcome people WHO are working there with a big smile clean reastaurant with many different italian choices we enjoy their pizza and it was really very good i suggest this restaurant if you like to enjoy italian taste the prices were very High for me, but good quality

Pizza to the wood fires. A lot of choices. Generous in their quantity. Family and warm service. Restaurant pretty good.

Eating twice in the weekend I love super nice people with a welcome to the top I recommend you c resto a delight
