We all had a nice time that I would eat again. was beautiful and the people were very friendly

Kept waiting far too long for a simple order of chips! No acknowledgement by staff, no apologies no updates and just when you think you’ve waited long enough they go ahead and serve others in front of you with the chips you were patiently waiting for. Need to learn the basics on how to treat customers. Rude!

Ordered a takeaway !! they said 30 to 40 minutes for delivery chased them up 1 hour and 15 minutes later told its on its way! 16 minutes later it arrived COLD. The driver was very sympathetic and said he would get another delivery sent within 30 minutes 8 days later we are still waiting

Had dinner at this restaurant tonight and as usual the meal was excellent, I really do think this is the Best BBQ restaurant in Crawley. We were greeted well by the owner who showed us to a nice seat. We ordered a selection of hot and cold starters which were delivered swiftly and tasted delicious. Our main courses were even better, the chips were hot and crisp, the salad was fragrant and fresh, my fish was cooked perfectly and my husbands chicken was well cooked and moist. The desert was rich and tasty. The food was top notch, the service was brilliant and we cannot wait to come back again in the near future.

Will never order or eat here again the rudeness and they way I was spoken too and made to feel belittled because I needed help with some of the dishes. He was short with me and I ended up cancelling my order. If his looking to close the business his doing a great job!
