The service of the members from the staff was in the average serious, they did not care how late our food was or what was missed. the half of the food was minutes later than the first half! the halumi cheese my maid fruend ordered came minutes after their main food after which please it three times. the staff was crispy and the food was cold. yikesgreat

I cannot speak highly enough of the team at this restaurant. The customer service was outstanding. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and efficient from the moment we walked in. When one of our glasses broke on the table, it was handled with incredible care and thoughtfulness. As my partner so aptly put it, it was like being served in America. We are grateful to the entire team for their exceptional service.

Great food as usual and despite the queue at the door, were seated and served very quickly.

We had our first ever visit to Nandos today and it was a really good experience. We were part of a large party that included one diabetic child (my son) and another child who has a range of significant allergies. We found your service amazing the manager was trained to perfection to produce a meal to meet the needs of the child with allergies and your nutritional information was perfect for our needs in carb counting everything my son ate (your file could just do with an index to make it easier to use). All the food arrived quickly, as ordered (there were 17 of us and everything was perfect) and very tasty. Your staff were incredibly polite, helpful and focused on customer service really they couldn't have done enough for us. I'm impressed. We will visit again. Thank you Nandos Crawley. x
