We all had a delightful lunch at the restaurant with excellent service, and no complaints were had by anyone in my group.

I recently dined at this restaurant and found the service to be friendly and the ambience pleasant. The starters and main courses were delicious, but I found the desserts to be overpriced for the portion size. Other restaurants in the area offer better value for desserts. I also noticed that Frankie Benny's tends to load up on whipped cream, possibly to compensate for the smaller portions. If they don't improve, I will likely opt for dessert at a different establishment like McDonald's for an ice cream instead.

If you’re booking F&B’s via open table on the same day you plan to attend don’t bother. Upon arrival the manager launched into an “I Hate Opentable” spiel because he doesn’t have time to check bookings as they occur in real time. Food good, value for money good. The restaurant manager served us he’s got serious issues. The amount of times he told his colleagues he was ‘too busy’. Blasé, disinterested, rude. Does my burger come with fries, I asked? “Err yeah, did you not look at the picture?” The guy properly needs a slap or a surprise visit from head office. Total muppet!

I had a fantastic meal with a close friend. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious.

A nice lunch was not complaining of all my group at all excellent service.
