Best Kebab - Crawley

Kebab turned up with no salad or sauce as per the order. Phoned them up expecting an apology or atleast some form of decent customer service. Spent 20 mins on the phone to a very rude male that kept saying one minute , then shouting to another in his own language. Refused to believe me had to send pictures. Was very impatient waiting for the pictures. Refused to compensate the rest of the order which had now gone cold. Had to explain to two different people my issue and had to tell them each a number of times that the order was wrong. Normally no problems but will not be using them again. They also seem to have hiked their prices which I wouldn 't mind if the service was good and you got what you ordered without an argument and not being believed. Chicken was also very dry. AVOID!!!!!! And use Troy 's : eventually sent a new one but by then wasn 't hungry and it went in the bin

If mohammed and his younger brother have different standards they should work in different shops and not mug people off with different standard.

The worst kebab ever!!! Food was cold I had to go to the hospital after and the rude staff wouldn’t give me a refund!

Salads are only onion and cabbage, meat is soft and tasty. But customer service is as rude as you can imagine. Ignorant, lazy, not welcoming

Placed an order online I ordered rice got chips and didn’t get sauce asked for on top! Anyway the chips where over cooked or reheated.
