Burger King - Craven

Visited this Burger King in May 7.40pm stood inside waiting to be served one person in front of us being served, then the assistant disappeared through the back stood for another 10 mins. then another obnoxious female assistant barged through hands on the counter and said in a shocking manner we are shut . Still ten mins to go by the way. This has to be the worst Burger King !!!

Have eaten at many Burger Kings and had enjoyable meals, last one on M1, however, should have known when using toilet before ordering it was not going to go well. Toilet (female) can only be described as disgusting. Ordering was a pain to start with as you were forced to use an electronic ordering screen, which required the server to come round and finish the order for us as it wasn’t giving the options wanted in a logical way. When the food came it was luke warm, bland and only just edible and when paying £25 for two burgers, chips, onion rings and drinks you want food that is well cooked. The kitchen wasn’t busy so I put it down to poor cooking and no interest in producing good quality food. I would recommend avoiding this and driving on a bit to what looked liked a very popular kitchen diner in a lay-by a few miles further west on the A59!

Ordered a chicken royal and i think the knife used to cut the lettuce was used for a fish order, there is something very unsettling about a chicken meal that smells like tuna, cross contamination basic stuff totally put me off going there again.

Visited the burgerking on our way back from a walk. The sales assistant showed very little attention and appeared preoccupied. I specifically told her I didn't want bacon on my burger. I placed a large order and it was all thrown into a bag, the fries spilling everywhere. The burger also had bacon on it. Very poor customer service and poor attention to our order. They couldn't have cared less. Won't be visiting again.

All of it was god awful, stay away if possible. Burgers were bland, they got the order wrong and the place was filthy. Not going back in there ever again.
