Coffee Bean Express - Cranston

Terrible . Showed up at quarter of 9 sat in the drive thru for ten minutes for them to turn the lights off and say the team leader already cashed the register out when it was not even 9 yet , about 4-5 other cars tried to come through so they were very clearly busy, I come here almost every other day for my son and you just lost my business today. Why bother having a closing time if your closing and leaving beofe it’s even that time !

Iced coffee was 80%cream and very weak with granulated sugar in the bottom will not go back

This place has good ice cream but it's run by a bunch of children with bad attitudes and is NEVER open. Says online they are open till 10, but they apparently close early every night. Make sure you call before going, not like the staff will pick up the phone even if they are open....

We got shakes to go and they were yummy ?Drive Thru.

Now I am not one to give bad reviews. Or reviews at all to be honest. BUT I must say this I give this place a two because I love their milkshakes coffee. However, their hours are TERRIBLE. it STILL says 24 hours outside the store. Online it says open til 10 pm and how is it 8:12 pm on a Monday night they are closed???? Shouldn’t you be updating your hours ? This doesn’t make any sense. Terrible business for people who are still in business. The owner needs to handle this better. I see the reviews from months and years state the same. DO BETTER.
