Parks Smokehouse Bbq - Crandall

The brisket, ribs, and baked beans were excellent! They are the best in the area. The staff was also very kind. I will be a repeat customer!

Very friendly...but I bought 2 baked potatoes with brisket, no drinks, and 2 (very small Styrofoam cups) of banana pudding and it was 35.00 and some change. The sign said the potatoes were 12.99 so that was 26.00...they were not Huge ones but they were large..pudding was not that good ...brisket was dry with hunks of fat so I cannot afford these prices...moving on down the road!!! They were out of ribs and Turkey on a Sunday by 1pm...Come on kids..we going back to Dairy Queen!!!

First time tonight visiting Parks. Two stars which that's stretching it and I'm being very polite. I purchased three types of meat. Smoked sausage- was dry and tasted old. Sliced brisket tasted ok but too much burnt edges left on the sliced brisket. Pulled pork was by far the better of the three. What really lost it for me being asked to pay extra for BBQ sauce. I can name 5 BBQ restaurant that gives you sauce at no charge.There no suprise this place was empty when I visited.

My wife and I stopped by this restaurant today on our way home from Kaufman, Texas and we're so glad we did. This was by far the best pull pork and brisket we've had since moving to Texas. Many blessings to you and your business, sir.
