Mcdonald's Cranbourne Express

Eating is nice and the staff are nice people. Sometimes they are too late, but it is not the fault of the staff, so I tell them they don't care about it. I have breakfast almost every day and love eating. I do not understand that people are unable to get ice cream, as I always see that people buy it. I can't recommend enough

Two ice creams that do not taste properly. I talked to the staff. no declaration or refund offered. we threw them out. normally happy with mcdonalds eat, but not this time.

Today, the employees were so unprofessional. while drinking Boost juice, while the customers, music was out of the back who were coworkers around, on their phones, fighting with each other. very unprofessional. However, eating was hot and order was right, but I have a half box with big chips.

I always visit these mcdonalds with my children who can never get them, soft ice cone or sinks them always say, sorry not today. bad management always a cue and I wait on the other day for 2 frozen drinks lasted long. how hard it is to get 2 drinks. other people ordered drinks there after us and they got it first how does it work? also they should have more than 1 register open disgusting .verges your act together

Service was slow, cashier was very uninterested in her job and when I received my order after 5 minutes of waiting I received a warm flat coke that had been sitting on the bench and the ice had melted. I asked for another one and a roll of the eyes I received with a new drink. My chips were soggy and my cheeseburger was cold.
