Firehouse Subs - Cranberry Township

I bought a Roastbeef/Cochdar Sub at the Firehouse tonight. I was so happy! At first I would like to praise the young girl who welcomed me when I went through the door. She was so friendly, and I know that it is typical to train your staff to do this, she was the only one of 4, that did! The young man who checked me was fast and efficient. There was only one other client in the restaurant waiting for a sub to -go. The young man took my orders, and the young lady who welcomed me did all the work. My sandwich was ready quickly, and she gave me my sub and advised me to grab additional napkins. When I came home and pulled it out, it was PERFECT. All right! She did a wonderful job! Whomever that was, looked like a teenager. Please praise them for a job well done! My customer experience background, is a large part of which I am, and it has absolutely exceeded my expectations. Had to come here to check and praise them! Thank you.

Subs are really good and the staff was great, everyone was very pleasant! Was in the firehouse today Subs were delicious n the staff was brilliant as usual

Good food, but a little more expensive than expected.

Pretty good sandwiches. The only real negative I have is that I want to order steaksandwiches with her, unlike a big steak. In this case, you should not cut the bread completely in half You leave a little on one edge so that everything can sit in it because if you go to eat it pieces fall everywhere on the container eat much unpleasant in the sandwich. If you are scattered cold cuts, it's okay to cut it Cuz they really don't fall out. Also it would be great if you would grill the inside of the bungalow
