Punjabi Curry Cafe 2 - Craigieburn

I recently visited a Indian restaurant for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious food. The prices were reasonable and customers are allowed to bring their own alcohol. There is a bottle shop nearby for convenience. The staff were friendly, but the restaurant could use a decor update. Overall, not a major issue.

Butter huhn was yam, but the chili huhn was unusable. the brot etc. was also good. what really does this place is the personal. the lady who looked around us was very attentive and pleasant

A reasonably priced Indian restaurant with the option to dine in or take out (we prefer dining in). The food is fresh and the service is friendly. The banquet options are a great value and the portions are generous. Being able to bring your own alcohol makes the experience even better!

Best Indians in this opposite, downstairs. I know people who travel very far to eat in this restaurant, it is so good. paneer makhani is my favorite, absolutely delicious. the staff is so friendly here, it is great to dine in as the restaurant. is large and spacious.

I have had multiple negative experiences at this restaurant that I feel compelled to share. While the food is delicious, it is overshadowed by the disappointing service. One particular incident stands out to me - I was in a rush to feed guests at home, so I decided to order takeout from the restaurant. However, when I arrived, the employee chose to answer a phone call instead of taking my order, leaving me waiting for 10 minutes before finally serving me. To make matters worse, when I got home, I realized that one of the curries I had ordered was missing. When I called to inquire, the employee initially denied that I had paid for it, causing unnecessary confusion. Eventually, after multiple phone calls, I was told to come back to the restaurant to receive a refund of just $6. This treatment was humiliating and unprofessional. Despite the quality of the food, I will not be returning to this establishment due to the poor service I experienced.
