Jamaica Blue - Craigieburn

This restaurant is completely terrible. I ordered from them twice, and both times the male delivery drivers waited for me for 15 minutes before giving me the wrong food. As a result, my order was canceled.

This restaurant is a familiar spot for me. The food is consistently well-prepared and the coffee is always good. The service is also reliable.

On Monday, April 23rd, 2018, my mother, my 3-year-old son, and 1-year-old daughter visited Jamaica Blue in Craigieburn. We were seated near the children's corner and ordered lunch. My mother requested a chicken salad with avocado but without the penne pasta. The manager approached us and questioned why my mother wanted the pasta omitted, which we found insulting and unnecessary. After some discussion, the manager agreed to leave out the pasta and add extra salad. Our drinks, salad, nuggets, and chips were served by a waitress who made no comments. However, she later returned asking us to put a dirty diaper in a small pocket she provided. Despite explaining that the bag only contained clean items bought from Coles, the waitress insisted, accusing us of hiding a dirty diaper. The manager also approached us, suggesting we had a dirty diaper to dispose of. Feeling frustrated and discriminated against, we left the restaurant. It was a disappointing and disrespectful experience.

My man and I often come here to a lazy Sunday breakfast. friendly staff, good coffee great eating.

Warm and friendly cafe, excellent food equally matched by the fantastic service. Added bonus that the tea pots are large enough to provide 2 cups of tea and they keep the tea warm to the end of the meal. Would highly recommend
