If you're looking for a grungy local bar for cheap drinks this is a good stop. Expect not the most friendly service, but that's one of the reasons I enjoyed it....

Jake and Voddie are kings of the bar. Always made me feel welcome and have a safe space when it was needed. Pop into Verret’s to see them ASAP, totally worth it...
