Reginelli's Pizzeria - Cozumel

Years ago I went here to pick up a pizza carry out after a long shift at work (I was a security officer at the time and in full uniform). The airhead female college student waitress took it as an opportunity to berate me because she “doesn't like guns”. Manager just sort of shrugged and stood by and told me oh she's from up north like that sort of behavior is expected and normal. Haven't been back since.

Well over an extra hour waiting for an online order (salad, small pizza, small pasta, sandwich) largely ignored by staff. Was told they would cut me a discount on it because of the wait but my card was charged in the full amount. had forgotten about the last time I ordered from here and had a poor experience. Fool me twice

The only good thing is the pizza,customer service needs to improve,, mediocre place, ordinary too salty on it's dishes till next time

Good pizza maybe not the best in the world but still really good

Good food. Relaxing atmosphere. Our server, Bee, was very good. She was very informative about the menu items. Thank you.
