Disappointing. They had lost our reservation for eight, so scrambled to seat with an inappropriate table, so one end had no interaction with the other end of the table. The food and wine were ok, nothing special, but expensive for this sort of place. The whole atmosphere was one of rush, rush, rush. If an establishment is short of staff, then they should restrict the customers to an appropriate level, based on their staffing. We arrived on Sunday, March 13th around 6:15 pm. We were seated at the bar area on a high tabletop. It was crowded but there were many tables open and plenty of servers. We waited 20 minutes and no one came to serve water or take a drink order. No one acknowledged us or apologized for the delay. Very poorly run establishment. Disappointing because it is unlike the downtown restaurant that is efficient.

1/22/22 — open for dine in again! Love coming here for happy hour! It's an amazing deal — half off pizzas, draft beer and wine! Very rarely have I had a pizza here that wasn't awesome. Favs are the the prosciutto/honey/fruit (changes seasonally), and calabrese.

So disappointed. We were having friends over and ordered a couple pizzas and sides online. We showed up at the Magazine location at the time it said our order would be ready. we also got a text saying our order was ready and it was time to pick it up. The food looks awesome but I couldn't tell you whether it is because I ordered dinner for takeout, went to the restaurant to pick it up after 30 minutes as directed, and then waited another 30 minutes before finally asking them if something was wrong. They said their system was having problems, and they'd zero out my order since I'd already paid.
