Geisha Sushi Bistro - Cozumel

Ordered for pick up. It came nicely packaged. The Sushi is really good! I wasn’t as big of a fan of the Geisha kiss roll as I had wanted to be, likely because it is wrapped in cucumber as opposed to the traditional seaweed and rice I am used to…. It’s a texture thing I like. It is on the pricey side though, as sushi typically is, so it won’t be a regular ‘go to’ for a quick at home meal when I am too lazy to cook.

I usually eat here several times per trip (4—6) when visiting New Orleans. The fish is fresh, artfully prepared for visual appeal and succulent flavor. The service is always excellent, every time, no matter who is my server. They have a nice variety of rolls and it's very reasonably priced. Thank you for continuing to impress!

Decent place to get sushi here in New Orleans. For a COVID update, to dine in, vaccine card or a negative COVID test within 72 hours is required. The restaurant staff are attentive and will check on you frequently. To order sushi, they give you a slip of paper and a pencil where you circle choices you want. Food and service was good. I had a bowl of soup which it was really good, two rolls and a beef yakisoba. Everything was good just nothing special. Vicky was my server and she was very pleasant.
