Buffalo Wild Wings - Cozumel

I went to pick up my online order at 1:20, got there minutes earlier than my scheduled prep time just to let the business know that I was there. I was greeted upon initial entry which is perfect, then I was waiting almost 45 minutes for my food. I was told multiple times by different people that it was coming up fresh. That ceased to be true. Worst place on earth. None of the people who works there know what they doing

Walked in and waited at the counter for 10 minutes before walking out because not a single employee spoke a word to us. I made direct eye contact with 2 different employees, yet neither one walked over or sent anyone to the front counter. There was one large top table in the dining room. Great place to catch a game or any sports that they are showing on their many TV screens. Service was okay. Atmosphere is good. Family friendly or even a night out with a group of friends.
