Attempted to dine here but there was a medical emergency occurring when we arrived. The staff could not have handled the situation better. Despite us being the least important party there, they made sure we were comfortable while waiting and informed. We weren’t able to have dinner but we will 100% return after the way they handle the situation. Very respectful and we appreciate it.

We had an amazing dinner here to celebrate my in-laws' 60th anniversary. Everything about it was outstanding. The food was exceptional, and the staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel completely at home. Special shout out to our server, Ben D., who engaged with us as if he'd known us for ages and already knew our sense of humor. We would have liked to invite him to pull up a chair and join us. Hands down one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. I'm sure we'll be back when we're in town again. This is the type of place where core memories are made.

OMG! I've lived in New Orleans for 25 years and I have eaten at LOTS of top tier and lesser tier restaurants that have wonderful food and service. But Brigtsen's was the best meal I have ever had!! It is alone in its tier!!!

I had an exquisite experience. The food was fantastic, and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend it!
