La Perlita - COZUMEL

What a find! This pretty jewel was recommended by my diving instructor Luis. I had a great catch of the day fillet and my wife (not a great seafood eater) enjoyed their baked shrimps. A very cozy, comfortable room and the service were the best we met on the island. Top shelf cocktails were a bonus!

The staff is welcoming and friendly. A must is the fried fish and the keviche, so delicious. La Perlita is a far away from the main area, but it is worth it.

Excellent food and service. I am looking for authentic food and the best margarita on the island. That's it! None of them watered and the bottle of lime juice stuff that you get from the hotels and beach bars. It's almost funny that these tourist traps serve them. This place is not on the main tourist strip so that a taxi or your own car/scooter is your best bet.

I wanted seafood so the taxi driver Raphael brought us here. Fish empanadas were fantastic and red Snapper was great. Too much food but will go back this month!

There is an awesome wait staff at La Perlita that truly seems to love serving you. We had fish tacos (both grilled and breaded) and the fish ceviche!!!! Delicious!!!!! The ceviche was exactly what I was hoping for when I was dreaming of our day trip to Cozumel!!!
