Indian Stone Vegano - Coyhaique

Simply the best vegan restaurant you'll find in Patagonia. We had a sandwich, a pizza and a brownie and all the ingredients were super fresh and well prepared. Prices are more than hones for the quality that they offer.

God tier vegan courses. We had the Ceviche champinon which was absolutely amazing!

So good!! Maybe the best gazpacho I've ever had. Everything is definitely done with the most important ingredient: love. I also loved the music they were playing. Definitely recommended, even for meat eaters!

An absolute must if visiting or passing through Coyhaique. By far the best food we have had in Chile. Diego is a fantastic host

The food and atmosphere at this restaurant are incredible, and unlike anything else in Chile. Be prepared to dedicate a few hours to your dining experience, as everything is freshly made to order.
